Fish Guts Photograph Contact Sheet
These pictures form the contact sheet from which I took the images which I used on both of my ancillary tasks. I used a few of these pictures, edited them in Photoshop and used them in a way in which made them eye catching, visually pleasing and a little less repulsive.
Ancillary Task 2: Feedback on First Draft
Below is a scanned image of my second ancillary task (the advertisement) with post-it notes on it, full of feedback from my class members. I then changed as many of these point as possible before handing in my final piece; in order to ensure that it followed all of the stylistic conventions of an advert of this type. Some of the changes I made to this feedback include; increasing font size, making the background clearer, using a different font for the web address, removing the exclamation mark and making the two logos in the bottom right the same size.

There were however, some changes which I did not change because I thought that it would be swaying away from the style models I have looked at prior to production of this piece. The main one of these was the idea of using a clearer picture in the background, instead of the red fish guts one which I have taken myself and used in both of my ancillary tasks. (The original pictures will be uploaded onto the blog in the next post.)
